01 / 06Interactive demo

Sales & customer follow-up

Turn an initial conversation into an organised enquiry your sales team can follow up.

What you provide
A visitor’s description of their need, together with your service information and sales questions.
What you get
A follow-up summary, required details, rule-based priority and a suggested next step.
Demo scope

Try a fictional enquiry, supply missing details and review the structured result. The demo exports local JSON and CSV files; it does not record a lead in your CRM, send a message or book a meeting.

02 / 06Interactive demo

Email management & reply preparation

Find the subject, surface what matters and prepare a reply for review.

What you provide
An email’s text, agreed message categories and examples of permitted replies.
What you get
A category, key-point summary, missing-information questions and a reply draft.
Demo scope

Paste fictional email text, inspect the category and summary, then edit, copy or reject the draft. No mailbox is connected, and no external draft or sent message is created.

03 / 06Interactive demo

Document & order processing

Extract agreed information, check the numbers and prepare a reviewed output.

What you provide
An agreed document type, such as a text-based invoice or purchase order PDF.
What you get
Structured fields, calculation checks, flagged issues and an approved file in the agreed format.
Demo scope

Use the supplied fictional text-based PDF samples. Review extracted fields, resolve flagged issues and download an approved CSV. The demo does not write into accounting software or determine a document’s legal or tax validity.

04 / 06Interactive demo

Company knowledge & text support

Answer recurring questions from the company information you approve.

What you provide
A written question and your approved service descriptions, guides or policies.
What you get
A source-based answer, an explicit unknown or a request that needs human review.
Demo scope

Ask about Soylu Sistem’s approved public information and inspect the displayed source. The demo does not access customer accounts or create support requests. Approved source-based answers were tested live in English and Turkish.

05 / 06Interactive demo

Price estimates & pro forma invoices

Turn agreed options and pricing rules into a clear, itemised estimate.

What you provide
A description of the need, chosen options and an approved price list with calculation rules.
What you get
An itemised estimate, its assumptions and an agreed document such as a pro forma invoice.
Demo scope

Describe a fictional need, review suggested services and generate matching PDF and JSON outputs. All demo rates are educational. The demo does not send a quote, accept an order or state Soylu Sistem’s commercial rates.

06 / 06Interactive demo

Website voice assistant

Have a natural conversation using your approved company information.

What you provide
A live microphone conversation, approved company knowledge and rules for sensitive or unclear requests.
What you get
Spoken answers, an optional conversation transcript and, where scoped, a follow-up summary.
Demo scope

Start the conversation and speak naturally in English or Turkish. Ask follow-up questions or interrupt the assistant while it speaks. You can open the transcript whenever you want. Telephone connections, transfers and bookings are outside this demonstration.

01

Change the input

Start with a fictional example. Leave a detail out to see how the workflow handles missing information.

Relate it to your work

Note the tools, permissions and changes needed for your real process.
