FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before you decide.
Clear answers about choosing a service, keeping control, understanding costs and getting started. If your question is different, tell us about the work.
Choosing the right service
What work do you actually automate?
We offer six services: sales enquiries, email, documents, company knowledge, quotes and voice assistance. Start with the task that repeats most. We can assess other needs too.
Can I choose one service or combine several?
Yes. Choose one service or combine several. Voice does not require buying text chat. Compatible tools and access let us charge shared work once; sharing information still needs your permission.
Does every workflow need AI?
No. AI can help understand messages or prepare replies. Calculations and permission to act follow clear rules. Some tasks need only those rules.
Control, information and connections
What can the system do on its own?
You set its permissions. Authorised tasks can run automatically; sensitive or unclear cases go to the responsible person. Basic email and document services include human review.
Can it work with our existing software?
We check your tools and access first. We confirm which connections are possible, any alternatives and their costs before starting.
How are confidential information and customer data handled?
Use fictional data in demos. Keep out passwords, customer details and confidential documents. Before real use, we agree where data is processed and stored, who can access it and how long it is kept. Text or audio may go to an external service.
Demos and business implementation
Is a demo a system ready to run in our business?
A demo is a working example, not a finished system for your business or proof of financial results. Your information, connections and tests are prepared separately. Each demo explains its scope.
Does the voice demo answer telephone calls?
The base service runs in a browser. Public voice availability is stated on the service page. Telephone answering, call transfers and bookings need separate connections and tests.
Can you process scanned PDFs and document photos?
The basic service uses PDFs with selectable text. Photos, scans, handwriting and other layouts need separate assessment. Missing information is not guessed.
Costs, delivery and getting started
How is pricing determined, and are there monthly costs?
The calculator separates setup and optional support. AI usage, hosting and taxes are extra. We confirm the final fee in writing after checking the task, volume, languages and connections.
How long will delivery take, and what support is included?
We agree delivery after checking the task, content and access. Support and later changes are defined in the agreement. Unlimited support or a guaranteed sales increase are not included.
What do we need to prepare to start?
Briefly describe the task, tools, approximate volume and result you want. Technical knowledge and real customer data are unnecessary. An enquiry does not book a meeting or confirm a project.
Project agreement and handover
What should the proposal and payment terms cover?
The written proposal defines the workflow, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance checks and price. Payment stages, cancellation and refund conditions are specific to the project agreement. Review those terms before accepting; the website estimate does not set them.
Who owns the code, prompts and other deliverables?
Ownership and usage rights are agreed for each project. The proposal identifies which source files, prompts and documentation are handed over, the rights to use them, and any reusable components or third-party licences. Your content and account access are addressed separately. Confirm any required transfer of rights before accepting the proposal.
When will the project be delivered?
A small pilot and a rollout of several connected services have different timelines. The proposal sets milestones, review points and delivery dates after the scope, account access and approved content are clear. Delayed access or a change in scope can change the schedule. Support and later changes are scoped separately.
Where will our data run, and how is security defined?
Hosting and AI providers are selected for your project; the providers used by this website are not an automatic commitment for your system. Before real data is used, the project needs a clear record of processing and storage locations, access permissions, encryption arrangements, retention, backups and recovery. Required data-transfer arrangements are assessed for the selected services.
What happens if AI gives a wrong answer?
AI output can be wrong. The workflow needs agreed validation checks, human review for consequential or uncertain actions, and a clear way to report and correct errors. Acceptance criteria, responsibility for fixes and support or liability terms belong in the project agreement. The service does not promise error-free AI or guaranteed financial results.
