SERVICE 02
Email management & reply preparation
Find the subject, surface what matters and prepare a reply for review.
Who is it for? For teams that handle recurring customer emails and want to prepare more consistent replies for review.
THE WORK TO ADDRESS
Where does the time go?
Reading similar emails, finding the important details and writing an initial response can take time away from the work that needs your attention.
Why start with this task?
Save time on routine replies while a person checks each draft before use.
What can the system do?
- 01
Categorize an email and summarize its key points.
- 02
Highlight missing information that needs to be requested.
- 03
Prepare a suggested reply using your approved instructions.
- 04
Let the responsible person edit, approve or reject the draft.
THE CHANGE IN THE WORKFLOW
Someone reads each message from scratch, decides its category and rewrites a familiar reply.
The reviewer receives a category, a short summary and an editable response prepared around the message.
Permissions and review
- Human review is part of the basic service.
- A prepared draft has not been sent. Automatic sending requires separate permissions and testing.
- Additional mailboxes and complex attachments are assessed before they enter the scope.
What do we need to get started?
- One mailbox in the initial scope, plus authorised access if connected.
- Message categories, approved reply examples and escalation rules.
- A reviewer and a clear decision about where drafts should be prepared.
THE DEMO ON THIS SITE
What can you try?
A limited live model scenario and draft review actions tested.
Paste fictional email text, inspect the category and summary, then edit, copy or reject the draft. No mailbox is connected, and no external draft or sent message is created.
LOOK A LITTLE CLOSERHow does it work technically?+

- The role of AI
- The model proposes a category, summary, missing details and reply text.
- Rules & checks
- The server checks the response structure and the permitted review-only scope.
- Output
- The browser displays an editable draft with copy and rejection actions.
- Demo boundary
- Copying or approving the local text does not create or send an email in an account.
