SERVICE 06
Website voice assistant
Have a natural conversation using your approved company information.
The base service runs in a browser. Telephone connections and call transfers are assessed separately.
Who is it for? For businesses serving customers who prefer to ask routine questions by voice, with a clear path to human follow-up.
THE WORK TO ADDRESS
Where does the time go?
Some visitors prefer speaking to typing. Recurring questions still need consistent answers and a clear route when a person must take over.
Why start with this task?
Let visitors ask questions aloud when speaking is easier than typing.
What can the system do?
- 01
Hold a continuous spoken conversation in the agreed language.
- 02
Answer from the company information you approve.
- 03
Listen for follow-up questions and let the visitor interrupt or clarify.
- 04
Prepare a request summary for a person to follow up when that route is included.
THE CHANGE IN THE WORKFLOW
A person repeatedly answers the same introductory questions and writes down the next step.
The visitor speaks naturally, receives relevant answers and can ask a follow-up or interrupt without recording separate messages.
Permissions and review
- You define the language, topics, sensitive cases and referral route.
- Telephone use requires a calling service, a number, data arrangements and specific quality testing.
- Live call transfer, booking and specialist or emergency decisions require separate scope; the basic assistant does not assume that authority.
What do we need to get started?
- Approved information and examples of expected spoken questions.
- The intended language, voice-quality criteria and expected conversation scenarios.
- A follow-up destination and, if needed, a separately assessed telephone connection.
THE DEMO ON THIS SITE
What can you try?
Try live conversation
Start the conversation and speak naturally in English or Turkish. Ask follow-up questions or interrupt the assistant while it speaks. You can open the transcript whenever you want. Telephone connections, transfers and bookings are outside this demonstration.
LOOK A LITTLE CLOSERHow does it work technically?+
- Input
- After microphone permission, the server establishes the connection and the browser streams live audio over WebRTC. The permanent provider key stays on the server.
- The role of AI
- A realtime audio model uses approved company information. Semantic turn detection recognises when the visitor has finished speaking and permits interruption.
- Rules & checks
- The server supplies the approved information and assistant instructions. The permanent provider key stays on the server.
- Output
- The browser plays responses as they arrive, with mute and end controls and an optional transcript.
- Demo boundary
- This browser conversation does not connect a telephone line, transfer a call, create a booking or write to company systems.
