Adjust your scope

USD 150 per extra connection, up to five. We check compatibility first. Legacy or custom systems need a separate estimate.

Maintenance and small changes. Provider usage is separate.

Scope and estimate conditions

Scope basis: one shared workspace, one language, client-supplied approved content, accessible documented APIs where needed, one acceptance review and handover. Separate teams, permissions, environments or complex data migration require a revised estimate.

For maintenance and small agreed changes. Unused hours do not roll over. New features, provider fees and emergency or 24/7 cover are excluded. Start date and terms are agreed in your proposal.

Running costs to budget separately

These costs are excluded from the known subtotal. They are not zero and depend on your usage, providers and tax treatment.

  • AI model / API consumptionNot included
  • Hosting, email, phone and other provider feesNot included
  • Applicable taxesNot included
  • Custom integrations, extra volumes or new scopeNot included

Pricing & configuration

A clear price has three parts.

Keep the cost of building the system separate from running it and maintaining it.

Setup

The estimate covers the defined workflow, configuration, testing and handover. Combining compatible workflows can reduce repeated setup.

Usage

AI and other provider charges follow actual consumption and your chosen plans. We agree expected volumes and a spending limit before launch.

Support

Choose self-management or a monthly time allowance. Changes beyond that allowance are scoped before work begins.

What might a monthly budget include?

A planning example: 500 short emails per month

Suppose you set aside USD 30 for hosting and USD 5 for AI usage. That is a USD 35 provider allowance. Optional Care support adds the amount below.

Without monthly support
USD 35
With optional Care support
USD 125

These provider allowances are illustrative assumptions, not provider prices or a prediction that USD 5 will process 500 emails. Actual usage depends on the model, email length, attachments and retries. Setup, taxes and other software fees are separate. We confirm the provider configuration and expected usage before launch.

From scope to proposal

What turns this into a final proposal?

We review the workload, tools and expected result, then confirm the scope and fee in writing.
